History of Kidgloves.
|
|
|
Our background:
Ken trained as an actor working at a number of theatres including Dundee Rep and the Byre in St. Andrews and was also
involved in theatre in education in the 1970's .Both he and Avril have degrees in modern languages. Kidgloves has
been in existence for 17 years since we started entertaining our own children with puppets. This led to us putting on shows
for birthday parties and, as our repertoire grew, local authority and corporate events.

Future plans:
We aim to increase our range to include shadow theatre, marionettes, model theatre, more stories in foreign languages
and Scottish folk-tales.
